02What's the difference between Care and Growth?

Care keeps the site alive: hosting, updates, security, small edits. Growth adds the work that moves rankings: ongoing SEO, content updates, Google Business Profile, and a monthly report.

03Do you manage our Google Business Profile (Google My Business)?

Yes, on the Growth plan. We post updates, reply to reviews in your voice, and keep your name, address, and phone consistent across the web.

04Do you support WordPress sites?

Yes. Most of the sites we maintain run on WordPress. Care covers WordPress core, theme and plugin updates, security, backups and small edits. If someone else built your site, we review it first and tell you straight whether we can take it on as it is.

05Do you offer website management services?

Yes. Care is website management handled for you: hosting, updates, security, backups and content edits. Growth adds SEO and Google Business Profile management on top.

06Do you offer local SEO services for small businesses?

Yes, on the Growth plan at $300/month per site. We're a San Jose SEO company working with Bay Area small businesses: ongoing SEO, content updates, Google Business Profile, and a monthly report showing what moved.

07Is there a contract?

No. Both plans are month to month. If it's not paying off, cancel and we hand over everything.

08How long does a new site take?

Most sites take 4–8 weeks from kickoff to launch. Landing pages and smaller updates can ship in 1–2 weeks.

09What if our site is already built on another platform?

Tell us what you're on. We'll be straight about whether we can take it on as it is or whether a rebuild makes more sense.

10How fast do edits happen?

Priority support is included on both plans. Small edits typically ship the same or next business day. Bigger changes get a quick scope first.

11Do I really need a maintenance plan?

Strongly recommended. Platforms ship security patches every few weeks, plugins conflict, and hosting needs watching. Care handles all of it so your site never becomes the problem.
