01What does Interstellar Design do?
We're a Bay Area design studio. We design and build brand identities, websites, and digital products, then help them grow through SEO. We also deliver Section 508 compliant work for government agencies and UX for enterprise ServiceNow environments.
02Do you work with businesses near me?
Yes. We're based in San Jose and work with businesses throughout the Bay Area, including Santa Clara County, San Mateo County, San Francisco, Alameda County, and Contra Costa County, as well as clients across the country.
03How long does a website take?
Most projects take 4–8 weeks from kickoff to launch. Simple updates or landing pages can be completed in 1–2 weeks. We break projects into weekly milestones so you see progress throughout.
04Do you handle accessibility (WCAG / Section 508)?
Yes. We build accessible websites meeting WCAG 2.1 AA and Section 508 standards, including proper color contrast, keyboard navigation, ARIA landmarks, and screen reader compatibility.
05Do you provide UX design services?
Absolutely. We specialize in user-centered design for web and mobile applications, with particular expertise in ServiceNow portal design, SaaS products, and enterprise systems.
